Kolber has also worked with CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber was born in Pennsylvania, earned her graduate degree at University of Miami. She began her career as a video coordinator for CBS Sports in New York City. She was awarded an Sports Emmy for her work on WTVJ-TV Miami. She was a part of WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She began working for ESPN in 1993 and became one of the anchors on ESPN2 that was launched.
